Juan Fernando Valdivieso González is a Partner and a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and corporate law. He has a strong track record advising individuals and companies across a wide range of industries on industrial property matters, including trademark registration, monitoring, portfolio management and enforcement, as well as the structuring and negotiation of intellectual property agreements.
