Juan Fernando Valdivieso González is a Partner and a lawyer specialising in intellectual property and corporate law. He has a strong track record advising individuals and companies across a wide range of industries on industrial property matters, including trademark registration, monitoring, portfolio management and enforcement, as well as the structuring and negotiation of intellectual property agreements. His practice also includes advising on brand growth and expansion, particularly through franchise structures.

He has delivered conferences on the strategic value of trademarks as corporate intangible assets and their potential for accelerated growth through franchising. In his practice, he has managed the registration of more than 400 trademarks, with a preventive, business-oriented approach aimed at strengthening and consolidating clients’ trademark portfolios.
