Juan Carlos Montenegro

A seasoned litigator, Juan Carlos leads the management of the overdue loan portfolios of Ecuador’s largest financial institutions, overseeing the entire process from document and guarantee review to the pre-litigation collection phase and the filing and conclusion of legal actions.
