Juan Carlos Cardoso

Throughout his extensive career, he has advised and defended real estate developers in administrative and judicial proceedings - holding positions such as land director - associations of promoters - as the head of urban planning - construction companies, landowners, compensation boards, collaborating urban entities and public administrations. His practice ranges from the drafting and processing of planning instruments (general plans, partial plans, detailed studies) to their execution (land readjustment projects, expropriations) and urban discipline files, including licenses, responsible declarations, sanctions and restoration of legality.

Thanks to his solid training and experience, he has participated in the drafting of urban laws and currently directs the Master's in Urban Planning and Territorial Management at CEU San Pablo University, as well as teaching at various universities and business schools.
