José María is partner and a leading figure in litigation and arbitration, with over 20 years of experience handling complex disputes
He has built a solid career as a lawyer in the areas of civil litigation, commercial arbitration, and economic criminal law, advising and representing both individuals and companies. He has led legal proceedings for major clients in the sports, construction, and banking sectors, and has also represented individuals in inheritance disputes and co-ownership dissolutions. As an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association, he has participated in numerous arbitration proceedings, defending corporate interests before various arbitration institutions.
In parallel with his legal practice, José María is also active in academia. He has taught at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad San Pablo CEU, and has served on doctoral thesis committees.
