Javier has a solid track record in litigation, dispute resolution, and real estate and media law, advising major national and international clients in sectors such as television, film, telecommunications, construction, and real estate development.
He has led strategic corporate, M&A, and real estate operations and serves as legal counsel to various television production companies and businesses in the TMT and real estate sectors.
Before joining ECIJA in 2007, he built his career in litigation and media law, consolidating his specialization in digital rights protection and technology-related legal matters.
His professional career is complemented by his academic role as a professor at various universities and business schools, as well as his frequent participation in specialized forums and media outlets.
