Javier Arnáiz

Javier is an expert lawyer in cybersecurity, data protection and technology, with over 10 years of national and international experience.

Throughout his career, Javier has advised companies and regulatory bodies on projects related to compliance with international security standards, including ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS, DORA and GDPR. His practice spans from audits and regulatory compliance processes to defence in administrative and sanctioning procedures. He is also noted for his experience in negotiating complex technology contracts, especially in the banking and financial sectors.

In the academic field, he is a professor and pioneer of the Master's Degree in Digital Law and Cybersecurity at the International University of Valencia. Additionally, he collaborates as a lecturer at universities such as UNIR, the Polytechnic University and Nebrija, and regularly participates as a speaker at industry conferences. His commitment to excellence in the digital area earned him a nomination as a finalist for the 40 under 40 award by Iberian Lawyer in the Fintech category.
