With over 20 years of experience, he advises national and international clients on procedural law, insolvency, and arbitration across various sectors.

Recognized by Best Lawyers and Who’s Who Legal as one of Spain’s top lawyers in his practice areas, he specializes in litigation involving cryptocurrencies, cybersecurity, and cyber fraud, as well as fraud related to unconventional assets such as wine products, artwork, and collectibles.

Héctor serves as Spain’s representative for FraudNet, the global network of lawyers under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), specializing in asset tracing & recovery. He is also an MCIArb. of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and a registered mediator with the Spanish Ministry of Justice.

He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an Executive MBA from IESE. Additionally, he has served as a Board Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) and chaired its Ethics Committee.
