Héctor serves as Spain’s representative for FraudNet, the global network of lawyers under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), specializing in asset tracing & recovery. He is also an MCIArb. of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and a registered mediator with the Spanish Ministry of Justice.
