Guillermo has advised transnational companies in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, debt restructuring, de novo investments and other investment models both in Costa Rica and Central America.
He has an extensive experience in construction projects, both in renewable energy (wind and photovoltaic) and real estate development, participating in the drafting, negotiation, implementation, administration and settlement of PPA, BoP, EPC, EPCm, TSA, BoS, BoSy and financing contracts, as well as the remaining contracts for the implementation of wind and photovoltaic power generation projects and contracts for the development, implementation and construction of real estate projects in coastal areas.
Guillermo has served as legal advisor in the development, design, execution, construction, commissioning and operation of more than 200MW in wind and photovoltaic projects in Central America, Chile, Uruguay and Ecuador.
