Gorka Goenechea

Gorka Goenechea is a lawyer with an outstanding track record in litigation and arbitration, leading the legal management of complex lawsuits and groups of lawsuits, both judicial and arbitral. 

He holds a doctorate in law and specialises in sectors such as construction, corporate litigation, E&A disputes, the railway sector, financial products, distribution and inheritance. 

He has handled numerous litigation cases in support of and control of arbitration, including the annulment or enforcement of arbitral awards, declinatory pleas, precautionary measures, etc. 

He acts as an arbitrator for institutions (ICC, TAB, and others) and has acted as a lawyer in arbitrations before CEA, ICC, CIMA, CAM, and TAB. 

He is a professor of Corporate Law and Arbitration at the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU. He has taught classes on arbitration at the Complutense University, the University of Lima, the Barcelona Arbitration Court, etc. 

He publishes regularly in various specialized journals.
