Before joining ECIJA, he was a founding partner of a leading Catalan law firm, where he led the M&A, corporate law, insolvency, and business restructuring departments. He is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and has served as the Chair of its Insolvency and Creditor Rights Committee.
