Francisco Iniesto

Francisco is a lawyer specializing in tax law, with 20 years of experience advising on Corporate Income Tax, estate planning and settlement, real estate and wealth taxation, as well as the tax structuring of restructuring transactions and due diligence in M&A processes. Additionally, he has advised on tax matters in the leisure and entertainment sectors, group tax planning, and tax litigation.

Before joining ECIJA, Francisco founded his own firm and created the ProBusiness Place (PBP) Business Club, of which he is currently a partner and member of the Board of Directors. Throughout his career, he has served as an independent board member and advisor to the boards of prominent real estate developers, and he is currently Secretary of the Board of Directors of the international company Black Bull Logistics.
