Fernando is a lawyer specializing in labor law, with more than 40 years of experience. He has participated in thousands of judicial proceedings at all levels of the labor jurisdiction, establishing himself as one of the foremost litigators in the field. He has advised national and international companies on complex labor matters, including collective bargaining, corporate restructurings, and strategic litigation.
Before joining ECIJA, Fernando was Managing Partner at Estudio Jurídico Vizcaíno Casas and later led the labor department at Jiménez de Parga until its merger with ECIJA. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the introduction and development of Temporary Work Agencies (ETTs) in Spain, advising leading companies in the sector.
