Throughout his career, he has recurrently advised companies across various sectors on regulatory compliance projects regarding personal data, new technologies (artificial intelligence, biometrics, big data, cookies, adtech), data usage in consumer and business products, as well as in complex data exchange agreements, mergers, acquisitions and cross-border contracts. He has served as an external Data Protection Officer for numerous organizations and has defended clients in sanctioning procedures before Control Authorities and Courts, both national and European.

His practice also covers advice on cybersecurity, e-commerce, consumer law, and labor issues related to privacy. He has led compliance audits in companies from various sectors, ensuring proper adaptation to the current regulations on data protection and information security.
