Fabio Virzi
PartnerFabio is a lawyer with a solid track record in complex litigation and national and international arbitration.
He has over 17 years of experience advising national and international clients in civil and commercial litigation procedures.
His practice covers contractual and extra-contractual litigation, as well as cases of unfair competition, corporate disputes, liability of administrators, and controversies among partners and shareholders. He is particularly noted for his experience in financial litigation, as well as in disputes related to the construction and insurance sectors, and in controversies linked to M&A transactions and private equity. Additionally, he has a solid track record in arbitration, in which he has represented large companies in proceedings before the CCI, the Arbitration Court of Madrid, CIMA and the TAB, in both Spanish and English, and has been appointed as an arbitrator in business law-related disputes.
Before joining ECIJA, Fabio held responsible positions at top firms such as Uría Menéndez, Garrigues, PwC, Ontier, and Cases & Lacambra. He has also been a collaborating lecturer at IE Law School in the masters in Transnational Business Law and Legal Advising for Companies.
