Emilio holds a Law Degree from the Universidad de Cantabria, and a Master’s Degree in European Union Law (specializing in Spanish and European Union Competition Law) from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
He is a lecturer on corporate and commercial law at different institutions, frequent contributor to publications on legal matters and a member of the Madrid Bar Association (“Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid”).
