Edgardo is a partner and a leading expert in tax and customs law in Peru, with experience in national and international tax advisory for both companies and individuals
He has a strong background in tax planning, compliance, international taxation, due diligence, foreign trade operations, and tax litigation. He has advised on corporate reorganizations, joint venture agreements, audits, and both contentious and non-contentious procedures. He previously served as an official at SUNAT and as advisor to the Chamber at the Peruvian Tax Court.
