Daniel Shamah

He has over 10 years of experience advising national and international companies on banking, corporate, and compliance matters. He holds a Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (USMA), a Master’s in Commercial Law from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, and a Master’s in Procedural Law from USMA. Additionally, he earned an LL.M. in International Sports Law from ISDE (Spain) and completed the Data Protection Officer Program at Thomson Reuters.

Currently, Daniel serves as a board member of the Panamanian Football Federation, leading commercial processes and television rights negotiations, and is President of BNAI BRITH Panama. His leadership in the corporate area has been recognized by Legal 500, where clients praise his agile, client-centered approach and excellence in legal services.
