Cristina is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, with over 10 years of experience in managing intangible assets, negotiating and drafting technology contracts, software licensing, and implementing and operating digital infrastructures. She has participated in digital transformation projects for companies across various sectors, providing strategic advice on information management and intellectual property rights.
Before joining ECIJA in 2018, Cristina built her career at prestigious firms such as Eversheds, PwC, and Accenture, where she gained extensive experience in the regulation of digital services and information technologies.
In addition to her legal practice, Cristina serves as Director of the Center for Legal Innovation at Universidad Camilo José Cela and as Second Vice President of the Spanish Association of Entertainment Law (DENAE). She is also a tenured professor in the Intellectual Property Master’s program at ICADE and participates as a speaker in specialized forums and business schools such as The Valley, IE, and the Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute.
