Carlos Rivadulla

He has represented clients in high-profile cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union in matters of intellectual property. Additionally, he is an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has been part of the boards of directors of Barcelona Activa and the Barcelona Institute of Technology.

His practice is characterized by a pragmatic and business-oriented approach, which he combines with active teaching roles in institutions such as IE University, the University of Navarra (UNAV), and Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M). With international experience, he completed an LL.M. at Columbia University in New York, where he interned at WIPO as a legal advisor.

An advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation, he has published numerous articles in specialized journals and the economic press on intellectual property and technology. Furthermore, he collaborates in coordinating the Master's in Digital Law at ICAM and managing the IE-ECIJA Digital Law Observatory, mentoring young lawyers in these areas.
