Carlos is a partner at ECIJA El Salvador, specializing in commercial, labor, and regulatory compliance law, with a solid track record advising strategic operations across the region

Carlos has built his career in the private sector, advising Salvadoran and international companies on the execution and expansion of operations throughout Central America. His experience includes establishing local branches, regional expansion, and legal support in mergers and acquisitions.

He has been actively involved in the acquisition of banks, telecommunications firms, construction companies, energy distributors, and security service providers. He also brings extensive experience in advising major infrastructure projects, both public and private, working with some of the leading construction companies in El Salvador and Latin America.

Due to his close work with industries managing large workforces, Carlos has developed a strong labor law practice, including collective bargaining and union crisis management. He is regarded as a key legal advisor for companies operating in complex regulatory environments, combining strategic vision with regulatory compliance.
