Beatriz Sifaqui

Beatriz Sifaqui is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, with a Diploma in Data Protection from the Universidad Central de Chile (2024) and a specialisation course in international compliance (2025).

He has solid experience in compliance, both in consulting and in-house roles, participating in the design, implementation and strengthening of crime prevention models and compliance programmes. He has developed a relevant practice in conducting internal investigations related to violations of crime prevention models and the Karin Act.

His professional practice focuses on compliance and risk prevention, from an integral viewpoint that seeks to safeguard the interests of organisations, promoting standards of integrity, control and sustainability in corporate management.
