Aracelly López

Aracelly is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in international arbitration, dispute resolution and complex litigation in Costa Rica.
She has represented national and foreign clients in arbitrations, of high economic value, under ICC, CICA, CCA and CFIA rules, in sectors such as construction, real estate, telecommunications and energy.
His practice includes handling cross-border disputes, enforcement of foreign awards and judgments, complex contractual disputes and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, he acts as arbitrator for the International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CICA) of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce.
Aracelly has represented public institutions in international commercial arbitrations and has acted as local counsel for international firms in arbitration proceedings with a Costa Rican law component.
