Antonio Roncero is a partner at ECIJA and an expert in corporate and financial markets law
He has more than twenty years of experience advising as an external consultant to large companies, especially listed companies, financial institutions and stock market operators. Before joining ECIJA, he was of counsel in the Corporate Law area of Ramón y Cajal (2017).
He is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, co-director of the Revista de Derecho de Sociedades, secretary of the Editorial Board of the Revista de Derecho del Mercado de Valores and member of the editorial boards of legal publications such as Revista La Ley Mercantil and Revista de Derecho Mercantil.
He has also been Chairman of the Fundación Caja Castilla-La Mancha and a member of the Board of Directors of Banco CCM. He holds a degree in Law from the UNED and has been a lecturer in Commercial Law and Banking Law.
