Antonio Alberto Vargas

He has over ten years of experience advising and representing domestic and international companies in labor, civil, commercial, corporate, and competition disputes, both before judicial courts and arbitral tribunals.

His expertise in labor law has enabled him to successfully represent employers at all administrative and judicial levels. He has advised multinational companies operating in Panama, developing labor management strategies and assisting clients in the transition to workplace digitalization, including the creation of internal policies tailored to new technologies.

In litigation and arbitration, he is an expert in contractual and non-contractual civil liability, real estate, commercial and corporate disputes, as well as corporate reorganization and insolvency proceedings.
