Ana Raquel Conceição is Of Counsel in the Criminal, Misdemeanours and Compliance Practice Area.
She is a lawyer and practices mainly in the criminal law field, with a special focus on economic, organised and transnational crime.
She holds a PhD in Law, in Criminal Sciences, and has published numerous scientific papers and articles in blind peer review, including her book Intervenciones telefónicas. Régimen Procesal Penal and her most recent publication, Blanqueo de Capitales y el Estatuto del Colaborador Arrepentido. A new requirement in the (still) brave new world.
She is a visiting assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Minho, researcher at the JUSGOV Research Centre in the JUSCRIM group, consultant at the Portuguese Association of Criminology and advisor to the professional section of the Disciplinary Court of the Portuguese Football Federation.
She is an active and frequent commentator on various television channels and other media. She participates in numerous conferences, congresses and seminars at national and international level.
She is a member of Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2022.
