Ana Pérez

Throughout her career, Ana has advised large corporations, medium and small businesses, both national and international, in all areas of substantive and procedural labour law. Her experience spans sectors such as banking, private security and services, aerospace, metallurgy, investment funds, construction, public works, consulting and commerce, among others.

She is an expert in labour compliance, corporate restructurings and collective bargaining, including agreements, company contracts, collective redundancies, temporary employment regulation files and substantial modifications of working conditions. Additionally, she advises on contentious-administrative proceedings resulting from actions by administrations related to social security and labour matters.

With solid procedural experience in labour and civil jurisdictions, she has mainly represented companies, as well as senior executives and employees in complex processes.
