Alejandro is a lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration, with experience in resolving complex disputes for national and international companies

Alejandro Linares Caraballo is Managing Partner of the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice at ECIJA Mexico. He has more than 25 years of experience advising national and international companies on complex litigation and arbitration matters in the civil, commercial, and administrative fields.

His practice focuses on the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, as well as representing clients in compliance proceedings and settlement negotiations. Alejandro is a member of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA) and handles high-profile disputes in international contexts thanks to his fluency in Spanish and English.
