Aldo Cornejo

He has a solid track record in advising companies in sectors such as mass consumption, retail, banking, agribusiness, restaurants and cement. He has led major international transactions, including acquisitions and divestments for more than USD 300 million in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Argentina.

He was a partner at Ontier Peru in the same practice area, where he drove the development of the firm's business plan and organic and inorganic growth. He was also corporate legal manager for LATAM of the Gloria Group and senior lawyer at Banco de Crédito del Perú.
