Alberto Sanjuán

Alberto is managing partner of ECIJA Zaragoza and a leading practitioner in restructuring, litigation, arbitration and insolvency law
He has more than two decades of experience in the practice of law, having developed his career in leading firms such as Garrigues, where he held the position of manager of the Litigation Area, and PwC.
He is a founding partner of CORP Abogados, a firm integrated in ECIJA in 2025. His career stands out for his extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as in insolvency law and corporate restructuring. He has participated in some of the most relevant cases at national level since the reform of the Insolvency Law in 2022.
Alberto is a regular speaker at conferences specialising in insolvency law and business transformation, providing a legal and strategic vision for situations of particular complexity.
