Together with IAB Spain, we are holding the Advertising Regulation Congress 2025, a conference dedicated to analysing the legal challenges of digital advertising.
One of the highlights of the day will be the presentation of the new Legal Guide 2025: 'Digital Advertising: platforms, consumer protection and intellectual property', jointly developed by IAB Spain and ECIJA; a practical reference tool for the sector, offering clear criteria on key issues such as the regulation of advertising in digital environments, the use of data and content and the legal limits that both advertisers and platforms must observe.
