We are looking for you! We want you to join #ECIJATeam as a Lawyer in the Compliance, Ethics and Integrity area in our Madrid office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
- Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the Compliance department in a law firm, consultancy firm or other professional service providers.
- Experience in legal proceedings.
- Experience in criminal compliance risk management, criminal liability of legal persons, PBC&FT, UNE 19.601 standards on criminal compliance management system, ISO 37301 on anti-bribery management systems.
- Master's degree with specialisation in Compliance, Cybersecurity and/or Sustainability is desirable.
- Training or professional experience in risk or business management systems is desirable.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Advanced level in the Microsoft Cloud product suite .
- Identification with the Firm's values.
- Capacity for hard work and effort.
