Senior Corporate & Real Estate Lawyer

We are looking for you! We want you to join #EcijaTeam as a lawyer in the Corporate department at our Madrid office.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of professional experience, acquired in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven experience in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and company formations) and real estate transactions (sales, leases, developments and project financing).
- Have participated in due diligence processes in corporate and real estate matters, as well as in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements between partners.
- Direct management of client relationships and support in business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in commercial and real estate law.
- High level of spoken and written English (C1/C2).
- Writing and negotiation skills in Spanish and English.
- Proactive, customer-oriented profile with teamwork skills.
- Identification with the Firm's values.
- Spirit of improvement and growth.
