Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
- Solid legal training, specialising in procedural law or litigation.
- Professional experience of between 2 and 4 years in law firms or legal consultancies, actively participating in legal proceedings, especially in civil and commercial matters.
- courtroom experience.
- Well-established procedural knowledge, ability to draft pleadings, attend hearings, coordinate procedural strategies and analyse legal risks.
- Ability to work in a team, with a proactive attitude, commitment and capacity to assume responsibilities progressively.
- Capacity for legal analysis and rigorous technical drafting, oriented to the quality of work and detail.
- High level of English, both written and spoken, enabling the drafting of legal documents and communication with international clients. Proof of level or professional experience in an international environment would be an asset.
- Regular use of legal databases and digital tools in the legal environment.
- Teamwork.
