We are looking for you! We want you to join #EcijaTeam as a lawyer in the area of Commercial Law in our Madrid office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
- Master's degree in specialisation desirable.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in legal advice to companies: M&A (due diligence processes, SPA and APA, shareholders' agreements), commercial contracts and corporate law (incorporation of companies, company secretary).
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
- Identification with the Firm's values.
- Capacity for hard work and effort.
