Teresa Sá Carneiro

She began her professional career as a trainee at PLMJ Advogados, where she joined the Corporate M&A and Dispute Resolution teams.

With two years' experience, she has been advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions in a wide range of sectors. She also has extensive experience in advising on various corporate issues - corporate finance, housekeeping, audits and corporate governance. She also works on corporate reorganisations and advises on strategic company law issues in general.

She studied for a semester in Rio de Janeiro at the Getulio Vargas Foundation as part of the Erasmus+ international programme. During her degree she was awarded Merit Scholarships and was a member of the Board of the Jornal Universitário of the Catholic University of Porto.

Since 2024, she has been doing her Bar Association internship at Antas da Cunha Ecija.
