In compliance with the Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Act, the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers and the Bar Regulations, Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados approved in the Board of Directors and adopted internal policies such as the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, the acceptance of new clients (with verification of conflicts of interest), the implementation of a whistleblower protection channel, and the implementation of a whistleblower channel.
