Ana Bastos

She practices in Privacy and Cybersecurity, focusing on data protection and cybersecurity at the intersection of regulation, technology, and business. She began her career at Deloitte as a tax consultant and built a trajectory centered on digital and operational matters, with experience in Civil and Business Law, as well as management roles in commercial and human resources areas.

Before joining Antas da Cunha Ecija, she worked at the IMPACTING group, holding responsibilities across various companies, including Business Developer Iberia and LATAM, Sales Director, Head of Legal Department, and DPO, gaining practical insight into risk, compliance, and implementation. She maintains an active connection to the digital marketing and online advertising ecosystem, being Google Ads certified and recognized as an online advertising specialist.

She is a regular speaker at technology and digital initiatives, including the Games Industry Law Summit (Vilnius), Lisbon Digital Law School, and sessions at the Lisbon Bar Association, covering topics such as NIS 2, cloud marketing, and artificial intelligence. She was promoted to Partner in 2022.

She has been with Antas da Cunha Ecija since 2018.
